Pre-Pay represents the most flexible way to buy IT Support. Just as with Fixed Rate Contracts, there is a Service Level
Agreement. However, there is no monthly or annual charge. You only pay for Support, as and when you need it.
When you need Support, you simply call us and request an
engineer to visit (or remote support where applicable).
Telephone & Email Support is FREE OF CHARGE.
Pre-Pay Cover is purchased through ‘Support Units’ which are
purchased in blocks of
5,10, 20, or 30. When your units are used up, we automatically
issue an invoice for another block of units. So long as you are
in credit, you are entitled to Support as above. Please note
that Single Units cannot be purchased.
A Support Unit represents 1 hour of Engineer time for Planned
Work. Emergency Call-Out / Outside hours is charged at 1.25
Support Units per hour. Support can begin as soon as we receive
a Purchase Order from your company, subject to a satisfactory credit check.
