Instant Remote Support is a service for existing SystemSense Clients. It allows us to see your computer desktop, and use the keyboard and mouse on your computer, just as you would do. Therefore Instant Remote Support can be very useful in demonstrating a problem, or attempting a fix remotely.
When directed by your Support Agent, please follow the instructions below:-
1. Download and install the Remote Support program.

Click here to download and install the Remote support program for Mac (Option2)
(if a dialogue box appears, just click OPEN or RUN, but NOT SAVE.
This way the software will download and run automatically. click YES if any security warnings appear.)
2. Please provide your Support Agent with the generated ID number and password number, which will be displayed in the box on your screen.
